So I wanted to find out just what these new doodle speakers sounded like and whether they were worth the 50$ price tag(I may lower the price to 35 - 40$ now... not really sure yet.) They sound quite good for their size, and the only real complaint I have is that the front plate kept popping out and I had to force it back in and I was kind of afraid I was going to break it. Fortunately, I didn't. Anyway, enough jabbering! Watch me and my nerdiness as I epicly open a box with a screwdriver...

Doodle Speakers are Win!

For my first post I'll showcase several brand new doodle speakers! Woot! Hooray for custom electronics! These just came out a couple days ago on Zazzle and I'm having a blast designing them! I might actually buy one to test out how it sounds etc...
Strings of Harmony Doodle Speaker

This was the first thing I designed for a speaker. I had it done days before the speakers actually came out so I was ready for it! This one took me somewhere between 8 to 10 hours to complete and I think is one of my best designs to date.

Painted dreams was a design I created somehow using a combination of fractal software(Which unfortunately does not work with windows 7 because the programmer is no longer supporting it :( ) and a ton of photoshop filters. I have no idea how I did it, and I've never been able to reproduce it. Kind of sad...
